How does billing work?
Memberships are billed securely through Whop, monthly or annually. Use the same email you use on oroviawellness.com and your tier activates on your account automatically within a minute or two.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your Whop account. Your perks stay active through the end of the period you already paid for.
Do points expire?
No. Your balance stays on your OroVia account for as long as it’s active.
Do Bulk Desk 10-packs earn points?
Yes — you earn points on every product subtotal, including 10-pack kits. Coupon codes (including the Black 30% code) don’t apply to the Bulk Desk, since kits are already 35–50% off.
I already ordered — do I have points?
Points start accruing on orders placed after your account was created with the rewards program live. Sign in and check My Account to see your balance.
