What are Orovia products intended for?
Orovia products are supplied strictly as research materials for qualified laboratory, academic, scientific, and institutional purchasers. They are intended only for in-vitro analytical evaluation and non-clinical laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, clinical use, food use, cosmetic use, or consumer application.
Are your products approved by the FDA?
No. None of the products sold by Orovia Wellness are evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not be interpreted or marketed as such.
Can Orovia products be used for self-experimentation or personal supplementation?
No. Orovia products must not be used for self-experimentation, personal supplementation, human use, animal use, or any consumer application. Use outside a qualified laboratory, academic, scientific, or institutional research setting is prohibited.
Can Orovia provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or usage guidance?
No. Orovia does not provide dosing instructions, reconstitution guidance, administration guidance, clinical advice, therapeutic advice, or human/animal-use recommendations. Materials are supplied only to qualified purchasers who are responsible for handling them according to applicable laboratory protocols, institutional procedures, and relevant safety standards.
Do I need to be a licensed professional or research institution to order?
By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and are either:
A licensed researcher
A laboratory or institution engaged in scientific study
An individual with documented qualifications and intent to use the product strictly for research purposes
We reserve the right to request proof of qualifications and to cancel any order at our discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods through trusted third-party processors. For your protection, we do not store or directly handle any payment card information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local import laws and regulations. Orovia Wellness is not responsible for shipments delayed, held, or seized by customs. We encourage international buyers to verify their country’s rules before placing an order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or incorrect address information.
Estimated U.S. delivery window: 5–7 business days.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued only at our discretion and only in cases where the product is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or proven to be defective. Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt by emailing support@oroviawellness.com.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes, COAs are available upon request for most products. These documents confirm the purity and composition of the materials based on third-party lab testing.
