We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only. Canada shipping is $50 USD per order. Free-shipping offers apply to U.S. destinations only.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

U.S. orders ship with 2-day shipping. Canada delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.

Delivery dates are estimates — carrier and weather delays are outside our control.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed by emailing info@oroviawellness.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered unless approved by our team.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.

Opened items are not eligible for replacement unless approved case-by-case.

Email info@oroviawellness.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will reply with next steps. If a return is requested, use a trackable shipping method.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and may take a few business days to appear.

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier claim and reship once the carrier confirms the package status.

If tracking shows delivered but the package was not received, contact the carrier first. We can help file a claim but cannot replace stolen packages.
